I recently got educated in the art of veggies and yoga by bestie/roommate @teenybee.

She has recently begun and completed her transformation from larva into yogi butterfly and was happy to teach me a thing or two.

We started off with an “easy” morning routine AKA Vinyasa AKA sun salutation.

Now you can do your own variations of this as there’s so many moves that can be incorporated to the flow.

First you start with a little Cat/Cow (repeat this a few times). Inhaling during your cow and exhaling during cat.

Move into Downward Facing Dog. Inhale.

Walk it out and feel yourself loosen up. Inhale. Exhale.

Feel out which leg is more flexible and stretch it up behind you. Inhale.

Slowly lower yourself into a push up position. Exhale.

Bring that leg down and hold in plank. Inhale. Exhale.

Point toes and bend back into Cobra. Inhale. Exhale.

Go on and get back into Downward Facing Dog. Inhale.

Bring your knee to your elbow in a crunch. Exhale.

Here you can plant your foot. Inhale.

Get in a nice deep lunge with your hands in prayer. Inhale.

Twist into a Revolved Crescent Lunge AKA Prayer Twist. Exhale.

Come back up and face forward in prayer position. Do the same thing on the other side.

Open your arms up. Inhale.

Get into a modified Triangle pose. Exhale.

Inhale and move into regular Triangle pose. Exhale.

Get back into modified Triangle. Inhale. Exhale.

Time for a little Warrior 2. Inhale.

Repeat that little Triangle sequence on the other side.

Come back up into Reverse Warrior. Exhale.

Inhale and extend your arms up and lean back, as @teenybee likes to say “opening up the heart.” Exhale.

Getting ready to finish up, get back into Warrior II. Inhale.
